LeadPoint Digital Brings Home 3 PRSA Blue Ridge Summit Awards for Client Work

LeadPoint Digital won three awards in the 2026 Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Blue Ridge Summit Awards. The honors were awarded at the Feb. 12, 2026 luncheon and recognized work done between October 2024 and September 2025.
The PRSA Blue Ridge chapter is a professional association serving Central and Southwest Virginia public relations practitioners. Roanoke-based digital marketing agency LeadPoint Digital stood out at this year’s Summit Awards for excellence and outstanding contributions to the communications field. Gold awards are the highest scoring in their respective categories.

LeadPoint Digital submitted client projects in eight categories: earned media, public service announcement, shared media, public relations campaign, internal communications, website, paid media, and special events. Triangle Family Dentistry, Gold
Triangle Family Dentistry is a full-service dental care organization that has 12 practice locations throughout the Raleigh-Durham area in North Carolina. LeadPoint Digital used data from a lead tracking operational system that Triangle Family Dentistry was already using but wasn’t leveraging for Google Ads. The tool gathers data on every interaction a patient has with Triangle and leverages artificial intelligence and natural language processing to categorize patients (new, existing, appointment booked, and reason not booked). LeadPoint Digital worked with Triangle Family Dentistry to create 148 Google Performance Max Ads, resulting in enough new patient awareness and bookings to support the expansion of a new location in Lexington, NC, earlier last year. The client enjoyed 116 new patient leads per month, which was a 106 per month increase as well as savings in cost-per-new-patient-lead.

CascadesONE Dental, Silver
CascadesONE Dental is a general dentistry practice that specializes in dental implants. They have 3 locations in the Northern Virginia market. CascadesONE partnered with LeadPoint Digital to generate more “new patient leads” through a comprehensive search engine optimization strategy via Google Map Listings and keyword rankings. By leveraging AI and natural language processing, LeadPoint was able to classify new patients vs. existing patients who called the practice, completed a form on the website, or booked an appointment online. LeadPoint Digital was able to drastically increase the total number of new patient leads using search engine optimization. The client saw a 192% year-over-year increase in new patient leads and 150% year-over-year increase in new patient booked appointments per month.

Roanoke Blacksburg Innovation Alliance, Silver
The Roanoke Blacksburg Innovation Alliance wanted a new website with a modern design that highlighted their new brand and connection with related organizations RBTC, RAMP, and Common Wealth Angels. They also desired an interface that allowed them to continue to add content and resources. The new website includes robust imagery, interactive features, and fully rewritten content with calls to action that has seen leaps in user activity since its launch in March 2025. From March-September 2025 the site saw 4,709 users compared to the same period the year prior which only generated about 100 users per month.
