Sara Killinen

Sarah Killinen brings energy, curiosity, and purpose to her role as digital marketing specialist at LeadPoint Digital. She’s dedicated to combining strong strategy with creative storytelling to craft an online presence that drives results for clients.

A native of Finland, Sara graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor of arts in public relations and a master’s of arts in communication and reputation management. Sara is also an accomplished athlete specializing in hammer throw. As a student, she represented her home country of Finland in international competitions and Virginia Tech in the NCAA. In addition to her work at LeadPoint, Sara spends her evenings as a financial coach, helping families achieve financial wellness.

Sara is passionate about creating positive change in her community from volunteering to supporting clients in reaching their marketing goals. Whether she’s crafting the perfect social media campaign, working with families, or training on the athletic field, Sara does it all with her trademark focus and enthusiasm.
